Director Ameer is immersed in completing his Paruthi Veeran starring Karthik and Priya Mani.

Happy at the way the movie has so far shaped up, Ameer says, 'Paruthi Veeran would be a movie dealt in a different way. A story of rustic youth's valor, perhaps an inspiration of a real life incident'.

Dwelling further, Ameer says, 'a major portion of the movie has been completed and has come good'.

After Paruthi Veeran, Ameer is planning to produce a movie which would be directed by one of his assistants.

Ameer says, 'I want to encourage creative talents. Hence I have decided to produce movies'.

What more, Ameer plans to play the hero too. When asked, he says, 'why not? If I end up unsuccessful in finding the right hero for my next script, I would become an actor'.
